Pool Funds

Investors have the opportunity to become part owners, pooling their investments with others to collectively own the property. Each investor needs to invest a minimum of $25K and we limit the number of investors for each property.

Buy & Hold

The property is purchased and each investor has direct ownership. The properties are rented and after a  3-7 year holding period, the property is sold  and the returns are distributed among investors.

Comprehensive Management

Our team manages the entire process, including property acquisition and ongoing management. This encompasses tasks like property maintenance, tenant acquisition, and addressing any challenges that may arise.

How Do Investors Earn ?

Rentals

Each property is put on rent. The cash flow from the rent is used to pay the mortgage and the property management costs. Additional funds are put into a high-yield savings fund and paid out after the holding period.

Property Sale

After the holding period, the property is sold, and the returns are distributed among all investors.
